چکیده

As the amount of medical images transmitted over networks and kept on online servers continues to rise, need protect those digitally is becoming increasingly important. However, due massive amounts multimedia pictures being exchanged, low computational complexity techniques have been developed. Most commonly used algorithms offer very little security require a great deal communication, all which add high processing costs associated with using them. First, deep learning classifier classify records according degree concealment they require. Medical that aren’t needed can be saved by this method, cuts down costs. Encryption one most effective methods for protecting after step. Confusion dispersion are two fundamental encryption processes. A new algorithm sensitive data developed in study. Picture splitting image blocks now Zigzag patterns, rotation blocks, random permutation scrambling blocks. After that, research suggests Region Interest (ROI) technique based selective picture encryption. For first step, we use an active contour segmentation separate ROI from Background (ROB). Permutation diffusion then carried out Hilbert curve Skew Tent map. Once encrypted, combined create encrypted images. The investigational analysis test competence projected ideal existing techniques.

An RC4 based Light Weight Secure Protocol for Sensor Networks

As sensor networks edge closer toward wide-spread deployment, security issues become a central concern. So far, the main research focus has been on making sensor networks feasible and useful, and less emphasis was placed on security. In this paper we present a new light weight secure protocol based on RC4 stream cipher. In addition, we construct an RC4 based one-way hash function, which can be ...

A Model For Secure Data Sharing Using Attribute Based Encryption

The data security concerns and requirements are very essential for social networks or for cloud computing where individuals, organizations, and businesses may outsource their various types of data, including highly sensitive data into the cloud. Always people would like to make their sensitive or private data only accessible to authorized people having some access policies. So in order to share...

A Selective Encryption Algorithm Based on AES for Medical Information

OBJECTIVES The transmission of medical information is currently a daily routine. Medical information needs efficient, robust and secure encryption modes, but cryptography is primarily a computationally intensive process. Towards this direction, we design a selective encryption scheme for critical data transmission. METHODS We expand the advandced encrytion stanard (AES)-Rijndael with five cri...

A Secure Cloud server System using Proxy Re-Encryption Model

A cloud storage system, consisting of a collection of storage servers, provides long-term storage services over the Internet. Storing data in a third party's cloud system causes serious concern over data confidentiality. General encryption schemes protect data confidentiality, but also limit the functionality of the storage system because a few operations are supported over encrypted data. Cons...

Secure Sharing of Health Information in Cloud System Using Attribute-Based Encryption

Personal health record (PHR) is an emerging patient-centric model of health information exchange, which is often outsourced to be stored at a third party, such as cloud providers. However, there have been wide privacy concerns as personal health information could be exposed to those third-party servers and to unauthorized parties. To assure the patients’ control over access to their own PHRs, i...
